versight, account management and accuracy of financial records Oversee,

produce

and present financial statements and results Develop and maintain insightful analytical reports Drive the implementation of best practices and efficiencies. Timely responsiveness to client inquiries Develop and maintain strong relationship

s

with client personnel Proactively w

ork with CPA for tax planning and preparation support Posting transactions to the general ledger system Monthly bank reconciliations Month-end and year-end close Budget to actual and other analyses Reconciling third-party service provider reports to the general ledger Cash disbursements process including processing payments for approved invoices Accounts

receivable function including issuing invoices and applying cash receipts Processing payroll utilizing client’s

third-party

processor Team Oriented Maintain strong communication with others with the

CAS

Team Support other members of the

CAS

Team and Sansiveri Support Tax Department by providing tax preparation work for mutual

CAS

and other clients Perform various other duties to support the continued growth and success of the

CAS

Team Required A minimum of

3

years

of

experience in

performing CAS

related work

OR

4 – 5 years of public / industry accounting experience A

bility to manage multiple projects A

bility to meet multiple deadlines in a timely fashion Ability to work well in a team environment Proficient in

QuickBooks Online Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Ability to learn and utilize

various software
