Hiring an experienced Pharmaceutical Accounting Manager to oversee all financial activities related to our clients operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and accurate reporting of financial results. This role plays a critical part in maintaining financial integrity within the organization. Ideally, this individual has a CPA and experience working with SAP/Concur ERP Systems
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and specific regulations (e.g., FDA guidelines).
Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, month-end, yearly end closing.
Coordinate the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and regulatory bodies.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Develop annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads and senior management.
Monitor performance against budget and provide variance analysis.
Recommend and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve financial goals.
Compliance and Audit:
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards, including FDA requirements for financial reporting.
Coordinate and facilitate external audits, ensuring all audit requirements are met and audit findings are addressed promptly.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial data.
