: -Support Group Account Director-Manage cross-functional teams-Develop client proposals -Monitor product/service delivery-Coordinate client account deliverables-Develop strategic project briefs-Manage external contractors -Ensure team compliance with contracts, timelines, and budgets-Review deliverables for quality -Oversee program financials and reporting -Lead client meetings and evaluations -Foster collaboration for innovative solutions-Work towards company goals and values-Ensure high-quality written plans -Lead campaign execution Senior Account Director (Pharma)

-Provide quality control for deliverables -Identify solutions to arising problems -Manage client relationship -Maintain regular communication with clients-Foster client growth aligned with agency objectives-Lead client status calls and meetings Ideal Candidate Profile: -5+ years in pharmaceutical marketing or medical communications-3+ years supervisory experience -Led activities like medical education, campaigns, strategic planning-Previous Account Director or similar role in marketing agency-Thrives in fast-paced environments -Skilled in client relationship management -Strong communication and interpersonal skills-Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities-Proficient in negotiation and meeting client needs-Solid grasp of budgeting and progress reporting
