About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Acosta Group. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving product sellout within an assigned territory of 50+ carrier and retail stores in a dedicated geographical territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive product sellout and increase market share within the assigned territory.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with retail partners and field leadership to collaborate on strategic initiatives and drive incremental sales.
  • Conduct training and development programs for direct and indirect customer sales, associate training, and influencing store associates at all levels.
  • Coordinate and lead training events, including 1:1 and group trainings, formal and informal, in-person and virtual.
  • Collect and report data on competitive product and service offerings to management.
  • Work closely with store management and store team members to identify and execute on opportunities to increase advocacy and sell-out of products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5-8+ years combined sales and/or retail sales experience, with strong relative experience in retail business and/or wireless.
  • 3+ years' supervisor/management experience managing direct reports in a retail and/or retail sales field, with full authority for personnel actions.
  • Ability to schedule/lead/record virtual training and virtual events with minimal support and have adequate space to accommodate.
  • Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
