This position will also involve supporting new customer sales and other duties as tasked.

This role requires problem solvers who will thrive in a fast-paced, relationship driven environment. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a passion for customer service, establishing long-term customer relationships, and working with their books to grow their business. Team members will also work in collaboration with other sales team members to achieve both individual and shared goals.

This position resides in CPTS’s corporate location in Orlando, Florida. Requirements:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Identify prospective sales channels and analyze prospective client needs to market appropriate professional products Independently negotiate contracts for the sale of products, including determining appropriate pricing and other contract terms Manage ongoing, high-value client relationships by directing training resources, analyzing opportunities for additional revenue potential, and facilitating client servicing needs Direct support staff in tasks necessary to finalize sales and on-board new account Other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree required Demonstrated ability to analyze market opportunities, identify prospective clients, and apply solution-based selling strategies Proficient in developing and delivering effective presentations Excellent client account management skills, including facilitating clients’ service needs Strong interpersonal and communication skills Able to manage, plan, negotiate, and use sound judgment
