Greet customers, guests, and visitors, directing them to the appropriate team members. Maintain and coordinate calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and handle all meeting logistics. Assist with planning and preparing for meetings and events, ensuring all materials are ready and details are managed. Support company event planning and coordination efforts. Qualifications: High school diploma required, AA degree in business administration preferred. 3-5 years of office support experience; experience working with multiple managers is a plus.
