Director OF Digital Marketing

Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies in collaboration with marketing, sales, management, and IT that align with overall business goals, drive measurable growth, and meet KPIs.
Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels that are compelling and resonate with our target audience. Including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to measure, report, and improve the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Leverage insights to drive decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of digital marketing specialists and third-party agencies. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment by communicating effectively, actively listening, and developing partnerships.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the digital marketing budget. Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. Apply this knowledge to enhance digital marketing strategies and drive results.
Content Strategy: Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality, engaging content that drives brand awareness, audience engagement and achieves marketing goals. Such content includes websites, eblasts, digital and social media advertising, Google My Business.
SEO/SEM: Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic and paid traffic.
Social Media Management: Oversee social media strategy, including content creation, community management, and performance tracking.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with CMO, Management and Sales to ensure digital marketing efforts are driving for results and increasing the bottom line.
Brand Management: Understand and follow brand guidelines providing consistency in brand messaging and voice across all digital platforms.
