We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic Marketing Director/Manager to join one of our clients team and help take the marketing efforts to the next level. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about marketing, who thrives in a high-energy environment and has a deep understanding of how to drive growth and brand awareness in a competitive industry.

As the Marketing Director/Manager, you will lead and manage the companys marketing efforts across multiple channels. Your expertise in digital marketing, social media, graphic design, and campaign management will be crucial as you create and implement strategies to boost brand visibility, engage customers, and drive sales. You will work closely with leadership to ensure our marketing efforts align with the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
  • Lead and manage marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube).
  • Design and create visual content for marketing materials, websites, social media posts, and ads using Adobe Suite, Photoshop, and other graphic design tools.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand identity.
  • Analyze marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize performance.
  • Manage a small team or collaborate with external agencies to execute various marketing initiatives.
  • Stay on top of current marketing trends, social media innovations, and emerging digital tools.
  • Think outside the box to develop new, creative approaches to marketing challenges.
  • Coordinate and travel to conferences, industry events, factory visits, or trade shows to promote the brand and gather market insights.
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to ensure seamless alignment of marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, or similar role in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with social media management, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and graphic design skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead a team and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while also executing day-to-day tasks.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work outside traditional office hours as needed, with the willingness to travel for events or conferences.
