  • Define and appropriately communicate the roadmap for the portfolio amongst the various stakeholders as well as addressing any concerns in an expedited manner.
  • Ability to collaborate, negotiate, with leaders and team members.
  • Working knowledge of the Enterprise Change Management Standards and Evidence Requirements.
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodology, software development, and testing processes.
  • Organized, motivated, team-player, intellectually curious and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge using the Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel, clearly articulating findings and presenting solutions.
  • Proactive - takes initiative/preempts stakeholder requirements before they connect and prepares accordingly.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Must be able to work on JIRA to track progress, coordinate updates and publish reports.
  • Strong knowledge with Agile software development practices, principles, and tools, such as JIRA, Ansible, etc.
  • Experience with software development using .Net, Angular, web services etc.
