Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of personal and commercial lines of insurance and be able to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to both personal and commercial insurance clients.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with underwriting and policy issuance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
- Licensed producer in General Lines through Texas Department of Insurance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in insurance customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Agency Management Systems (AMS-360); used to manage all aspects of insurance policies, including customer information, policy details, billing, and claims.
