Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of personal and commercial lines of insurance and be able to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to both personal and commercial insurance clients.
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with underwriting and policy issuance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed producer in General Lines through Texas Department of Insurance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in insurance customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Agency Management Systems (AMS-360); used to manage all aspects of insurance policies, including customer information, policy details, billing, and claims.
