The practice’s holistic approach involves coordination of personalized services to ensure comprehensive care. The Opportunity We are seeking a full-time 40-hour Practice Supervisor to support our West Hatfield and Amherst offices. This position is onsite Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm. Our team consists of approximately 30 staff members that this team member would be supervising. Responsibilities: Provides assistance to the office staff to ensure the practice runs smoothly. Manages personnel-related activities, including scheduled hours, attendance, time off requests, payroll, and evaluations. Supervises the daily operation of the office, helping staff establish deadlines and monitoring work status. Provides day-to-day facility and administrative management and oversight for the site. Manages expenses and maintains an internal purchase order system. Ensures proper bookings, updating and revising clinicians’ schedules, and monitoring session utilization. Performs other duties as assigned by Practice Manager. Qualifications: The ideal candidate is someone who wants longevity in their career and to be part of our team to serve the patients of our community. We look for candidates with a passion for patient care and strong leadership skills. · Graduation from accredited high school and at least two years of college. · Bachelor’s degree in health or business administration preferred. · A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a physician practice setting, supervisory experience preferred.
