Job duties: Responsible for data mining to support CRM, Loyalty Program performance, and custom clickstream projects, with a focus on understanding, segmenting, and activating customers. Design and automate data and analysis pipelines in cloud-based data warehouses (Snowflake, Big Query, Amazon Web Services), integrating multiple data sources and enabling data transformation for visualization. Integrate disparate data sources, using data-oriented programming languages and BI visualization software, to extract meaningful insights from structured and unstructured data. Translate observations into structured data narratives to assess the impact of marketing programs on clients' businesses. Data visualization and dashboard creation in Business Intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio/Looker. Deliver executive-ready analytics reviews, and strategic Points of View (POVs) supported by quantitative and statistical analysis to the strategy team to drive continuous improvements in KPIs.

Requirements for the position: Master's degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Engineering, or closely related quantitative field and 3 years of experience using statistical methods to analyze structured and unstructured data for insights into customer's digital behavior. Experience must include: analyzing path to purchase journeys, measuring marketing campaigns, creating reports and dashboards from data from digital sources, marketing automation, Customer Data Platforms, and cloud data warehouses. Education or experience must include: SQL, R, Python, Snowflake, Big Query, Amazon Web Services, Tableau, Power BI and Data Studio/Looker.

Salary: $152,000 per yr. + benefits.
