This is key to enhancing management and technical strategies. Q2 also has significant experience implementing institutional support contracts with USAID as well as implementing large and complex recruiting, hiring, and surge staff support programs. These have included projects with the USAID Bureau for Global Health, the Bureau for Resilience, Environment, and Food Security, and the Bureau for the Middle East, Office for Iraq, among others. POSITION SUMMARY AND PURPOSE The A&A Workforce contractor will be asked to recruit for the following kinds of A&A positions: · Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) advisors and experts · Acquisitions Management Specialists · Contracts Managers · Acquisitions, contracts, and procurement training specialists · Training design, delivery, and management · Surge support recruiting and staff administration. While we expect to place full-time staff members in several of these positions, there will be a significant need to provide advisors and experts for short-term assignments in DC or abroad.
