Job Type: Part-Time / On-Call

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Field Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for validating physical inventory immediately after a truck is unloaded and comparing it against the provided order sheets. This is a crucial position to ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct accurate and timely physical inventory counts directly after truck deliveries.
  • Verify quantities and products against the order sheets and report any discrepancies.
  • Communicate any issues or variances promptly through the digital audit reporting process form.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organized audit area.

Requirements:

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable and punctual, with the ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Basic proficiency in using digital devices and inventory management terminology (training provided).
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift moderately heavy items during audits.
  • Prior experience in inventory auditing, warehouse operations, or similar roles is preferred but not required.

Required qualifications:
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:
  • Access to personal devices for work: smartphone - any type
  • Retail skills: taking inventory
  • Able to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures
  • Able to stand for duration of shift
  • Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
  • Available to work: late at night
