Call Center Representative

SalesBizLab We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for responding to inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and managing customer account details with accuracy. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty as we strive to uphold our commitment to excellence.

Monday to Friday
Weekends free
Pay Range:
$17.50 - $28.00 hourly
THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB
Location: New Jersey
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Assist customers with account inquiries and issues
- Document interactions and update customer records in the database
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
- Achieve individual call center metrics and performance goals
- Assist in training new staff and sharing best practices with the team
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach
