LHH has partnered with a reputable nonprofit organization around the Renton, WA area in search of a Director of Administration. This person will have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service and experience leading a team as well as running the day to day business operations for a company. What you will do: Drive day to day business operations for the company. Create and evaluate all systems within the business to ensure efficiency, customer satisfaction and to improve processes. Oversee and mentor a team of operations specialists. Document control including contracts, permits, insurance and agreements. Work closely with the leadership team to ensure company goals. Ensure compliance and quality. Maintain a positive and collaborative environment throughout the organization. What you need: At least 8 years of experience in operations and administrative management. At least 6 years of experience in a leadership role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in project management is a plus-organization and attention to detail is key in this role. Strong problem solving skills with the ability to handle pressure in a variety of situations. Experience in nonprofit is a plus. Other: Fully onsite $160k-$185k This opportunity offers medical, dental, vision, 401k and PTO. Apply today
