Responsibilities:
  • Staff clinic reception desk and screen/direct telephone calls on as-needed basis
  • Greet and interact with clients, families and other visitors
  • Maintain the safety, organization and professional appearance of the front office and general areas
  • Support hiring processes: track applicants, assist with interview scheduling
  • Support psychiatry logistics: function as point-person for WA psychiatry team, assist with scheduling appointments
  • Maintain office equipment and coordinate various office services
  • Assist program directors and supervisors with projects on an as-requested basis
  • Maintain office equipment and coordinate various office services
  • Order and organize program supplies, which at times will require travel to purchase and pick up items
  • Ensure smooth logistics for on-site meetings/trainings and visitors including conference room reservations, meal planning and logistics, both in preparation and execution
  • Maintain well-organized and accessible electronic and paper forms and files
  • Assist with mail, correspondence and other information at the clinic, including correspondence to and from the Program Director/Manager of Operations
  • Manage Executive and Program Director credit card expense reports as assigned
Qualifications:

REQUIRED

  • Education/experience requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree OR
    • Associate degree or equivalent + 1 year of applicable work experience OR
    • High school diploma/GED + 2 years of applicable work experience
    • Applicable work experience includes any paid or unpaid experience in an administrative capacity requiring customer service, data entry, ability to prioritize multiple projects within strict deadlines, and coordination with multiple departments
  • Capacity to engage and develop rapport with youth, families, and community partners from a wide variety of racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds
  • At least 21 years of age
  • TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies insurance policy
  • Proof of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination.

PREFERRED

  • Previous experience in comparable position is preferred
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus

SKILLS OF AN IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Ability to structure and perform routine tasks
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Zoom, and a variety of technology platforms
  • Excellent organizational, writing, and oral communication skills


Schedule:
  • Full - Time
  • Monday - Friday In-office at the Tukwila Office
  • Must be able to have flexibility on some days to have a later start (e.g., two days a week 10am to 6:00pm) to accommodate sessions occurring in the evening

  • Starting at $22.28 - $24.78 per hour
