Make recommendations for technical solutions including applications development, applications maintenance, documentation, quality assurance and user support Provides technical advice, supervision, and guidance to the contractor support team Evaluates programs in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, quality and interoperability with client systems Evaluates software and hardware requirements along with short and long-range planning, including systems integration solutions and telecommunications requirements Translates advanced concepts into practical and effective solutions using structured techniques to define requirements Develops feasible alternatives and estimates costs of implementation Makes presentations of findings, recommendations, and specifications in formal reports and oral presentations to a variety of audiences, including non-technical personnel Performs supervisory or managerial duties What Does Leidos Need From Me? DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification BS Degree and 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2+ years of prior relevant experience At least five (5) years of specific, hands-on relevant work experience (2) years of experience and proficiency in programming, web programming (SAS, SQL, Microsoft Access / Excel), data manipulation, and designing, managing, and maintaining databases, particularly related to litigation support software, and knowledge of integration tiers using XML / Web Services, portal technologies and User Interface design Candidates must demonstrate skills designing, implementing, and troubleshooting applications, and making use of the software or technology for which consulting services are needed Successful history of difficult and complex problem-solving with respect to the appropriate systems Excellent oral and written communication skills U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance Extra Awesome If You Have: Litigation support experience. Some supervisory or managerial experience Certification in eDiscovery program Prior experience working in a Federal Government environment. Current Public Trust or higher security clearance
