We are seeking an exceptional B2B VP of Marketing to lead the marketing efforts at MarketOnce. This individual will have a keen emphasis on developing robust lead generation and nurturing programs. This pivotal role involves crafting persuasive sales materials, optimizing our website for lead capture, utilizing social media (with a focus on LinkedIn) for brand amplification, managing industry award submissions, and pinpointing key conferences for enhanced visibility and networking. The successful candidate will be adept at blending traditional and digital marketing strategies to not only drive profitable revenue but also solidify our standing as a thought leader in our sector.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Materials Creation:

Produce compelling and informative sales materials, such as brochures, presentations, and case studies, that resonate with target audiences at different stages of the buying process, articulating our unique value proposition and competitive advantages.

Website Strategy, Design, and Development:

Create world-class B2B websites for MarketOnce, ROI Rocket, and enhance eAccountable.

Lead Generation and Nurturing:

Design and implement a comprehensive lead generation strategy to attract high-quality leads through various channels, including our website, LinkedIn, and digital advertising. Develop a systematic lead nurturing program that effectively moves leads through the sales funnel, leveraging automation, targeted content, and personalized communication to engage and convert prospects.

Brand Strategy:

Collaborate and lead the short-term and long-term brand strategy for MarketOnce, ROI Rocket, and eAccountable.

Social Media Management:

Lead our social media initiatives, especially on LinkedIn, to boost brand visibility, foster industry relationships, and support lead generation efforts. This includes crafting engaging content, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics to refine our strategy.

Awards and Recognition:

Strategically select and manage submissions for industry awards to elevate our brand’s credibility and highlight our innovations and successes.

Conference Identification and Participation:

Identify and evaluate key conferences and trade shows that align with our marketing objectives, overseeing all aspects of participation from planning to execution to maximize brand exposure and networking opportunities.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

Direct key marketing partners and contractors. Work closely with business leaders and the sales department to ensure a seamless alignment between marketing strategies and sales goals.

Analytics and Reporting:

Conduct thorough analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and lead generation activities, utilizing insights to continuously refine and improve strategies.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field; MBA preferred. At least 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong track record in product marketing, lead generation, nurturing strategies, and digital marketing Expert knowledge knowledge in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM and marketing automation software Strong preference for previous experience in the Market Research industry Exceptional ability to create sales materials and communicate value propositions effectively. Proven analytical skills, with a knack for leveraging data to drive strategic decisions Strategic thinker with a comprehensive understanding of the B2B marketplace and buyer journey Experience starting up a marketing function in B2B context
