Spacesaver is seeking a talented accounting leader for our Motus Space Solutions office in Albuquerque, New Mexico

Reporting to the Controller for Spacesaver, is responsible for managing the day-to-day responsibilities of the Finance team at Motus Space Solutions, a division of Spacesaver.

A look into the role:

· Lead Motus Space Solutions’ day to day accounting function, including:

o Project Accounting

o General Ledger Accounting

o Accounts Payable

o Accounts Receivable

o Monthly financial close process and financial review meeting with business leaders

· Manage the Accounting Specialist – Motus, ensure performance objectives are met. Responsible for effective departmental staffing, coaching/training/development, and holding team members accountable for effective performance.

· Responsible for all financial reporting and analysis. Assures timely and accurate financial reporting is provided to internal customers as well as parent company management and outside auditors.

· Establish, coordinate, and administer an adequate internal control system for the business. Ensure protection for the assets of the company through internal control and proper risk management.
