Our Authentication Centers (warehouses) are where the magic happens Our facilities are located in New Jersey and Arizona, where we've created The Art & Science of Real - combining the knowledge of hundreds of luxury experts with cutting-edge, proprietary technology. As consigned goods travel into our facilities, the team processes, authenticates, and photographs each item in preparation for listing to our website. As a Merchandising Operations Coordinator, you will oversee all merchandise inquiries and all inventory within cross functional departments. What You Get To Do Everyday

[Merchandise Operations Coordinator - Authentication]
  • Support Authentication inventory control management
  • Utilize master inventory control tracker to locate items outside of SLA
  • Track each item via detailed notes and investigation efforts
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve exception and operational issues that impact inventory
  • Follow SOP for tactical steps and complete each task associated in timely manner
  • Surface risks and opportunities to Authentication leaders for strategic problem solving
  • Communicate challenges and blockers to inventory task completion to Authentication management in real-time

The expected hourly rate for this role is 18-18. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.

We make selling effortless with free virtual appointments, in-home pickup, drop-off and direct shipping. We do all of the work for consignors, including authenticating, using AI and machine learning to determine optimal pricing, photographing and listing their items, as well as handling shipping and customer service. At our 13 retail locations, including our twelve shoppable stores, customers can sell, meet with our experts and receive free valuations.
