Job Title: Project Controls AnalystWe are seeking a CapEx Project Development Specialist/Project Controls Analyst to work with our Asset Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for determining aspects of Capital Expenditure (CapEx) and future project development. This role requires a strong understanding of budget and portfolio management, particularly within the utility space.Hard SkillsFour-year college degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance. MBA is a plus.3-5 years of experience in budget and/or portfolio management, preferably within the utility sector.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools.Experience with SAP and Copperleaf C55 is a plus.Established knowledge of project management practices.Ability to utilize data analytics tools to enhance CapEx decision-making.Soft SkillsExperience in making presentations to upper management.Job TypeThis is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Dayton, Ohio and some days remote.About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
