Manufacturing Solutions Inc. (MSI)

is looking for a dynamic leader to join our MSI Realty team as a full time Project Site Lead. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assists Property Managers as needed during project planning, including but not limited to material needs, costs, etc. Projects time and staffing needs to meet operational demands. Leads the project team on-site to complete daily tasks on schedule. Takes action to report (unplanned) changes to Management in a timely manner. Takes action to ensure project site materials are used to complete project within planned deadlines, and within budget. Takes action to ensure on-site staff are performing work safely and in accordance with (V)OSHA, and MSI safety regulations and guidelines. Proactively oversees, and coaches on-site staff to ensure quality of the work performed. Takes action to correct behavior, and/or reports findings to management in a timely manner. Assists in managing project completion to meet customer requirements. Reports delays, and/or other relevant findings to managment in a timely manner. Serves as site worker on a regular basis in addition to duties listed above to ensure that projects are kept on time and on budget. Measures daily progress against project Gantt chart and provides updates weekly to the Property Manager while escalating changes in schedule and budget in accordance with department policies and procedures. Prepares and presents accurate quotes for specific projects as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum Education - High School diploma or equivalent preferred. 2 years construction or related field required Required Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver’s license, OSHA/MSHA certification 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Come as you are; discover what is possible.
