The Human Resource Information Services (HRIS) team is looking for a Reporting and Analytics professional with a proven track record of delivering quality results in a fast paced environment. The individual should be comfortable working with others at all levels in the organization, including multi-cultural individuals and teams. The person in this role will be a pragmatic change agent, helping to evolve Workday in such a way as to maximize its benefit through the use of analytics and dashboards. The position requires a highly analytical, self-motivated person who can lead HR into unleashing the capabilities of Workday. Responsibilities: Partners with HR Business Partners and business leaders to ensure the design and development of dashboards to meet the evolving needs of the business Generates standard, custom, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc reports as needed by business Delivers dashboards and embedded analytics for real-time decision-making Responds to requests from HR, legal and audit Improves the performance and experience of manager direct access with dashboard design Provides leadership, coaching and training support on system reporting and dashboards to all other staff across the organization that have Workday reporting in their roles and responsibilities (ie. super-users, HRBPs). Designs, develops and maintains an onboarding induction tool for reporting to new employees in roles with reporting responsibility. Creates a network and/or community of practice across the organization to share reporting best practices. Skill set required: Ability to interact at and present to all levels of leadership across Halyard. Experience with report development and/or configuration. Attention to Detail: Design and delivery of reports to Sr. Leaders requires attention to detail and a thorough understanding of data and the organization structure. Analytical/ Research: Perform analysis of data to meet the needs of customers and (HR Business Partners, Business or Functional Leaders, Legal team, external parties) and to aid in decision making. Collaboration: Collaborates routinely with outsourced report delivery team, with internal teams (HR, IT, Legal) and with customers.

Basic Qualifications: A Bachelors degree along with at least 5 years of experience of reporting, preferably with experience working with global HR data. HR generalist experienced preferred but not required.

Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Education:
Additional Job Details: SuccessFactors is preferred but not a must but understanding of HRIS systems (experience with implementations or mergers/acquisitions), experience writing SOPs , Ability to identify process gaps and find the root cause of issues (for example, I ask: Tell me about a time you identified a process issue. How did you troubleshoot the problem to determine the root cause? What was the result?.
