The capability to work at a fast pace and manage multiple tasks, perform duties under pressure, and meet deadlines in a timely manner while interacting with other site employees, residents, visitors, and the public in a professional manner. Legible penmanship and accurate typing skills. The ability to correctly deal with lease documents, fill out paperwork, and keep accurate records. The ability to work with figures. The ability to compute rental amounts, prorates, discounts, percentages, and basic math computations. The capability to operate fax/copy machines, telephones, calculators, and computers. Good communication skills and the ability to interact successfully with all types of people and maintain a professional phone manner. Experience, Training, and Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior Section 42 experience, Procorem, and other State Agency software program experience preferred.
