Roles and Responsibilities:

Job Summary/Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team, focusing on civil, structural, and architectural disciplines. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing construction projects.

Specific Job Duties:

1. Oversee and coordinate construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
2. Manage and lead project teams, providing guidance to civil, structural, and architectural disciplines.
3. Develop and implement project plans, including detailed scope, schedules, and resource allocation.
4. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure project specifications are met.
5. Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
6. Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and identify potential issues.
7. Interface with clients, addressing concerns and providing project updates.
8. Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
9. Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
10. Ability to direct tier 1 contractors to execute construction tasks per needs of the project and meet required specifications.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum years of experience required

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
2. Proven experience in civil, structural, and architectural disciplines.
3. Strong understanding of clean room construction processes and requirements.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Solid understanding of project management software and tools.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to analyze and solve complex problems efficiently.
8. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
9. Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
10. Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred).
