Job Title: Outreach Coordinator
Overview:
As an Outreach Coordinator for our esteemed homecare organization, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach within the community, forging strong relationships with potential clients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and community organizations. You will be the face of our organization, advocating for our services and ensuring that individuals in need of homecare support are aware of and have access to our exceptional care solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. **Community Engagement:** Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase awareness of our homecare services within the community.
2. **Networking:** Cultivate and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and social workers, to generate referrals.
3. **Client Acquisition:** Identify and pursue opportunities to engage potential clients and their families through presentations, workshops, health fairs, and other community events.
4. **Education and Training:** Provide educational materials and resources to individuals and organizations regarding our homecare services, eligibility criteria, and benefits.
5. **Follow-up:** Coordinate follow-up activities with potential clients and referral sources to ensure seamless transition to our services.
6. **Data Management:** Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, client interactions, and referral sources using our CRM system.
7. **Feedback Collection:** Gather feedback from clients, caregivers, and referral sources to identify areas for improvement and enhance the quality of our services.
8. **Collaboration:** Work closely with our marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and messaging aligned with our brand and target audience.
9. **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards governing healthcare marketing and outreach activities.
10. **Continuous Learning:** Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovations in homecare services to enhance outreach strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or experience equivalent in marketing, communications, healthcare administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience in community outreach, marketing, or sales, preferably in the healthcare or homecare industry.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse audiences.
