May work from a home office anywhere in the United States.) is responsible for creating and managing revenue forecast models and market size (SAM/TAM) models working with the product marketing team to track market trends and update models accordingly; distilling and communicating insights from this data-driven analysis; assisting in the identification of market trends and the development of strategies to capture business opportunities; maintaining revenue forecasting models; performing SAM/TAM analysis for various markets and create market forecast models; identifying and tracking market trends and assessing impacts on the forecast models; and preparing periodic written reports updating forecasts.Requires: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science or a closely related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus five (5) years of experience in performing semiconductor market trends and processes analysis and manufacturing equipment or, alternatively, a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science or a closely related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and three (3) of experience performing semiconductor market trends and processes analysis and manufacturing equipment. One year of experience must include using Microsoft Excel, VBA, Model Risk, Microsoft Power BI to maintain long-term revenue forecasting models; using Microsoft Excel, Oracle Crystal Ball, Salesforce CRM to identify and track market trends and assess impacts on the forecast models; engaging in cross-functional dialogue with engineering, marketing and finance to develop financial metrics, such as IRR, NPV, and ROI; and using Microsoft Excel to build market models for semiconductor and compound semi-conductor markets based on end-units, die-size, wafer-starts, utilization and capacity, This is a telecommute position.
