Job Duties:

Monitor accounts receivable to identify and follow up on overdue payments. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal departments to obtain necessary information for billing purposes. Maintain up-to-date records of billing activities and customer interactions. Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to billing and accounts receivable. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to billing and invoicing.
