Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual for the role of Billing Specialist at Red Diamond Vizslas. As a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's billing and invoicing processes. You will work closely with our sales and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely billing and payment collection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and generate accurate and timely invoices for our customers

• Review and verify all invoice and payment data for accuracy

• Monitor accounts to ensure timely payment and follow-up on overdue accounts

• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues with billing

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns regarding billing and payments

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all billing-related activities

• Prepare and present monthly billing reports to management

• Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a billing or accounting role

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with billing software

• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with customers and colleagues

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Knowledge of accounting and billing principles and regulations
