Job Description:
We are seeking a Service Coordinator to manage and coordinate all aspects of our service operations. The right candidate will be responsible for scheduling, dispatching, and overseeing customer service activities, including communicating with subcontractors, contacting clients, and onboarding new subcontractors. You will be key in ensuring timely and efficient service delivery, helping our team maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily scheduling and dispatching of service requests, ensuring that technicians are assigned appropriately to meet client needs.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to schedule appointments and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Communicate with clients to schedule service appointments, confirm job details, and provide updates on service status.
  • Monitor service requests, ensuring proper documentation and timely follow-up.
  • Onboard new subcontractors, ensuring they meet company standards and are fully integrated into the service workflow.
  • Maintain accurate records of all service requests, work orders, and client interactions in the service management system.
  • Collaborate with technicians to confirm service details, ensure equipment functionality (e.g., cameras, speakers), and confirm that services are completed to client satisfaction.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving service issues as they arise, providing exceptional customer support.
  • Regularly review and follow up on service performance and quality, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly and client needs are met.
Requirements

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatching, or a related customer service field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management software (experience with dispatching or service coordination platforms is a plus).
  • Customer-focused, with a strong problem-solving mindset and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Experience in the security or technology industry is a plus, but not required.
