Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. A master’s degree in civil or architectural engineering, with a structural emphasis, is preferred. At least eight years of structural engineering experience, ideally in the industrial sector involving energy projects or pharmaceutical facilities. Registration as a Professional Engineer. Enthusiasm for mentoring and managing teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
