Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of structural systems for large commercial buildings, including office buildings, healthcare facilities, and sports venues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that structural designs meet client needs and project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our design processes and deliver high-quality results.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians to help them develop their skills and expertise.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on commercial building design.
  • Demonstrated career growth, including project management experience.
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state where you reside.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a client-service oriented approach.
