We are looking for proven leaders in the afterschool space to join our team and create an exciting learning environment for our students and team members. You and your team will lead students through exciting adventures each day at multiple school-based sites.
Pay & Benefits:
- Starts at $80,000 - Salary range is based on education and experience

- Oversee the success of dynamic programs that foster the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children at all program sites in your region.
- Support regional goals by contributing to strategic planning, recommending improvements, and implementing initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and customer service.
- Collaborate with peers, the Regional Leadership Team, staff, parents, and school administrators to grow the AlphaBEST brand in your region.
- Address and resolve concerns from stakeholders promptly and effectively.
- Lead and nurture a high-performing team, regularly assessing Area Managers' performance to ensure alignment with company policies and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate program safety and performance, making adjustments as needed to maintain excellence.
- Build strong, lasting partnerships with local business leaders and community organizations.
- Strengthen existing relationships and identify new opportunities for growth and development.
- Foster a welcoming, family-centered environment where positive relationships between staff, children, parents, and schools thrive across your region.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Education, etc.).
- Proven experience in business development and operations management.
- Familiarity with the Rhode Island and/or Massachusetts before and after-school state licensing requirements.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
