Territory Manager
in Florida.The candidate
must
be a proven professional in commercial hard flooring sales with an established presence in the market. Annual salary will be between $55K – $75K, depending on experience and qualifications, as well as commission earned.
This client is a fast paced, rapidly growing wholesale supplier of luxury vinyl and other hardwood flooring based out of Georgia with a national presence.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and sustain meaningful relationships with new and existing customers within the assigned sales territory.
Monitor territory performance against established
objectives/guidelines
and take the appropriate action to improve performance.
Develop in knowledge of products, market competition, and implement appropriate sales strategies.
Identify industry trends identifying new sales opportunities.
Submit quotes to existing, new, or potential clients.
Travel as necessary to prospects, clients, trade shows, or conventions.
Requirements and Qualifications
Several years of progressively responsible hard surface sales experience within the flooring industry which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to meet your sales goals.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact and negotiate with internal and external customers and business contacts at all organizational levels.
Ability to learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s business and product lines.
Critical thinker with the ability to problem solve.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent work experience required.
