What you do:The Operations Procurement Coordinator role will provide important strategic reporting and operational support for the Sourcing and Vendor Management department and partners. You will play an important part in operationalizing main processes, driving change management and adoption of tools, and delivering metrics that help with management and oversight of important procurement activities. You will have base knowledge of the procurement function, excellent customer service and critical thinking skills, and demonstrated proficiency in Excel and PowerBI. You will report to the Senior Operations Director.
Establish reporting dashboards and reports for different partner groups including Procurement resources, management, and executives to track and manage Procurement activities. Develop new department reports relating to savings and activity tracking from multiple source systems.
Responsible for conducting data analysis, identifying trends and root causes of data issues. Maintain and validate data in multiple systems with accuracy and attention to detail to support overall data strategies.
Serves as general support for Procurement including driving adoption and use of standard processes and tools including serving as the SME for systems used. Also serve as the Global Change Agent for Group Procurement projects.
Develop and maintain required documentation for Procurement department, including Visio and PowerPoint documentation. Assist with purchase requisitions as requests.
What you bring:
4+ years of experience required in project management, analyzing data
Four-year degree required or equivalent experience
