Job Title: Senior Quality Engineer
Job Description
+ The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for conducting complex ongoing analysis of the production process inputs and outputs to ensure that customer quality requirements are being achieved.
+ This role involves evaluating process stability and capability, analyzing processes and procedures to ensure they fit the organizations quality standards, and ensuring compliance with internal SOPs.
+ The successful candidate will assist with regulatory audits, perform inspections, set quality assurance testing models for raw materials, materials in process, and finished products, and develop quality standards and processes related to customer specifications and process improvement.
+ Additionally, the role requires collecting production data and applying standard scientific and statistical methods to analyze, document, and diagram production processes.
+ The engineer will conduct FMEA, DOE, and SPC analysis, perform complex data analysis using six sigma tools to resolve complex quality issues, provide input to the production control systems, and design control activities.
+ An expert level understanding of GD&T is essential.
