JOB TITLE: Finance Integration Project Manager
SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Director - Finance Integration

JOB SUMMARY:

The Finance Integration Project Manager will fill a key role within the Finance Integration department. This position will be highly involved with the onboarding of new acquisitions and newly developed facilities (de novos) into the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background, robust organizational skills, knowledge of financial analysis tools and techniques, and exceptional communication abilities. The candidate must be able to balance the demands of a rapidly growing, complex environment. This candidate must be self-sufficient and confident in their ability to steer the company in delivering on its long term business model.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Develop and maintain relationships across finance functional areas
* Ensure and maintain appropriate documentation for all transactions, correspondence etc.
* Develop integration plan, monitor progress, and problem solve
* Hit the ground running upon transactions closing to execute integration plans
* Maintain gantt charts and records in smartsheets
* Lead finance integration status meetings and provide summary progress reports


EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:

* 3+ years of related experience preferred
* Accounting, M&A and/or finance background preferred
* Experience with accounting for new acquisitions (opening balance sheet, accounting conversion)
* Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
* Strong customer service orientation
* Ability to multi-task, Self-motivated, Detail-oriented, Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting, finance, math or related required
* MBA or CPA highly preferred
* Experience working with different stakeholders across various functions within company.
* Interest in rapid ability to prepare decision-support analysis on a range of issues related to financial performance, business planning, strategic opportunities, and business case analysis
* Exceptional communication and organization skills
* Healthcare, hospital, ASC and joint venture experience highly preferred
* Executive presence


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

* Has initiative, resourcefulness, analytical ability, problem solving skills, and can deal effectively and harmoniously with all groups and individuals
* Must be able to communicate articulately, comprehend written and verbal communications; and must be able to function efficiently in a stressful work environment
* Experience in developing financial systems and procedures
* Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel with one another, including during deadline periods
* Self-starter; able to work effectively with limited supervision
* Regular attendance habits
* Strong expertise with spreadsheets and accounting systems
* Other responsibilities as the business grows
