Plano, Texas Job Details: The

Senior Treasury Analyst

assists the Treasury Manager in ensuring that each of the client's entities maintains sufficient cash to meet their obligations. To achieve this, the Treasury team is responsible for cash forecasting, reconciling cash balances, and transferring funds. Additionally, the Treasury team ensures that payroll and payables payments are made reliably, accurately, and on time. Support the Treasury Manager in ensuring that day-to-day processing is completed timely, reliably, accurately, and consistently

Act as a liaison between Payroll, Shared Services, and Treasury functions Manage weekly AP runs, ensuring payment approvals and supporting documentation are accurate Review and approve wire support for outsourced payroll and AP/Treasury functions Review support for payroll-related wires and key wires for approval and release once documentation meets standards and controls

Complete the daily bank account reconciliation process

Identify necessary bank transfers and execute key bank-to-bank transfers to maintain appropriate cash balances

Support cash forecasting reporting and processes Act as a backup to the Treasury Manager Maintain user login groups to ensure appropriate bank access Assist Entity Directors and the Treasury Manager in completing and processing documentation required by banking partners Handle account maintenance, including creating and closing bank accounts Manage Letters of Credit Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Related experience in FP&A, Accounting or Treasury Strong analytical skills: forecasting experience a plus Advanced Excel Skills Strong communication skills, written and verbal - ability to deliver a clear, concise message based on audience Proven ability to work under pressure, plan and meet deadlines Experience in a multi-currency, multi-entity environment Oracle Fusion experience a plus JP Morgan and Citi Bank experience a plus
