We look for colleagues who Care, Dare and Deliver.SUMMARYThe Manufacturing Engineer will identify, recommend, and implement solutions to improve manufacturing processes and resolve production problems related to materials, processes, and tooling.RESPONSIBILITIESEvaluates manufacturing processes through observation and by conducting research; applies knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials; confers with internal and external resources and equipment vendors; collects and evaluates information from multiple sources.Reviews processes and process equipment, procedures, hardware, and tooling; makes recommendations for repair, revision, or replacement.Prepares and revises drawings, instructions, and other documentation for new or existing equipment.Performs project management duties as assigned.Collaborates with other departments as required.Performs other duties as assigned.SUPERVISIONReports to Engineering ManagerQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in manufacturing or mechanical EngineeringComputer literate: MS Word, Excel, AutoCad, SolidworksSKILLSAbility to communicate well at all levels (internal and external to the organization) orally and in writing.Highly organized; ability to balance multiple high priority projects.Ability to work under pressure.Proven problem-solving capabilities.Willing to relocate.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSMust be able to speak, hear, see; stand, walk, climb.
