Change Management and Organizational Effectiveness. Business process outsourcing, sourcing and vendor strategy. Mergers & Acquisitions. Experience in any or all of project delivery, analyzing complex client needs, understanding customers or helping businesses and teams to perform better. Excellent communication skills with ability to build and sustain strong and trusted client relationships. Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing tasks.
