Citizens State Bank is looking for a motivated individual to join our team in our Hudson office. For over 100 years, Citizens State Bank has proudly served residents and businesses throughout Western Wisconsin, providing friendly, personalized service that is focused on its customers.

We are looking for a full-time Loan Administrator. This individual will prepare accurate and timely loan documents for all loan types as well as perform administrative duties related to loans, assist with loan communications, loan documentation, and maintain electronic loan files.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities Details:

  • Help prepare documents for Consumer and Commercial loans, and Overdraft Protection accounts.
  • Understand loan compliance and funding.
  • Create general ledger entries and input loans into the core system.
  • Track technical exceptions and manage the document imaging system.
  • Be the main point of contact between the commercial lender team and loan operations and assist in coordinating the commercial loan process.
  • Gather all necessary information to complete the loan, such as setting up loan staging folders, ordering appraisals, and initiating title processing.
  • Serve as an extra contact for customers throughout the post-approval and closing stages, providing regular updates.
  • Run daily loan reports and review.
  • Perform all loan maintenance as requested.
  • Process participation loan payments/advances and handle all incoming/outgoing wire to/from participating bank.
  • Provide loan payoff statements and verifications as requested.
  • Provide customer assistance with phone calls, Banno messages and emails.
  • Prepare/process incoming/outgoing wire requests.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • One to three years of similar or related experience.
  • Great computer skills.
  • Detail-oriented and motivated.
