Overview:

Quincy Medical Group (QMG) is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Patient Access Representative to join our Dermatology team. As part of our multi-specialty group practice with over 155 physicians and providers, you will be contributing to a recognized leader in healthcare serving West Central Illinois, Southeast Iowa, and Northeast Missouri. With more than 85 years of experience, QMG is at the forefront of transforming healthcare.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will provide exceptional support to patients and ensure smooth and efficient front desk operations. Responsibilities include patient check-in and check-out, collecting and verifying insurance information, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and ensuring that patients have a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

This is an hourly, non-exempt position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., based in Quincy, IL.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong communication abilities. Prior experience in a healthcare or front desk setting is preferred but not required. A high school diploma or GED is required.
