How You Will Make An Impact The Director of Enrollment is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the enrollment process across multiple states. This role requires a highly motivated leader with strong sales experience, particularly in managing phone and web-based sales teams. The Director will develop and implement strategies to attract, enroll, and retain students, ensuring a diverse and high-quality student body. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement long-term strategies for enrollment in alignment with the organization's mission. Lead and manage the enrollment team, providing clear objectives and performance expectations. Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans in collaboration with the Director of Communications. Analyze enrollment data and trends, providing regular reports to senior leadership and the Board. Oversee the budget for the enrollment department, ensuring financial strategies align with overall organizational goals. Represent Learning Matters Educational Group at external events and associations. Ensure confidentiality of student records and information. Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred. Experience Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in enrollment management, admissions, or sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of success in managing large teams and achieving enrollment targets. Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools. Knowledge and Role Complexity Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of enrollment best practices and marketing strategies. High level of energy, creativity, and flexibility.
