We are looking for an experienced Call Center Representative to work for a growing healthcare organization located in Earth City, MO. The right candidate will be comfortable performing inbound and outbound calls in a high volume call center. Experience working with specialty pharmacy, or general healthcare is required. This position is on site, with various full time schedules available. A completed Associates/Bachelors Degree preferred. Please apply if interested

salary: $19 - $21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 6 PM
education: Associate

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls to assist customers (some occasional outbound calls may be required)
  • Handling and conducting phone duties in a timely and professional manner in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Achieving member engagement standards set for the department by following the established departmental policies and procedures
  • Possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 1+ years of experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical customer service / call center environment (excluding home healthcare)
  • Proven record of providing top customer service to customers
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Must have a minimum of a completed Associate degree
