Salary: $850 to $1250 per week
Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Answer incoming calls from clients, addressing inquiries, providing information about our services, and resolving issues.
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to follow up with clients, schedule appointments, and provide updates on projects.
- Documentation: Accurately record and update customer information in the company database.
- Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions, escalating issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
- Communication: Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met and provide feedback to improve customer service processes.
- Reporting: Prepare and maintain call reports and performance metrics.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using call center software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional and courteous phone etiquette.
