What You'll Be Doing

Focuses on bringing new clients to Openwork within dedicated territory Develops an ongoing plan to manage and own territory including knowledge of market size and competition, how to best sell versus competitors, all potential prospects, and key influencers in territory Proposes solutions for clients using company legal, safety and pricing guidelines Documents activities and sales pipeline progress in a timely and accurate manner in our sales CRM Hubspot Collaborates with recruiting team to ensure our service quality is top notch Ensures recruiting teams are set up for success in working with new clients (i.e., set up in the system correctly with all relevant information) Participates in daily team huddles Summarizes sales pipeline progress weekly What You'll Need

Excellent leadership and management skills Excellent sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or related software At least three years of experience in business development, sales management, or relevant fields Perks
