Promote company culture and ethics, ensuring they are reflected in our policies and daily operations. Vacation and Leave Management: Manage vacation schedules and leave requests, ensuring adequate coverage and fair distribution. Employee Records and Data Management: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. Utilize HRIS systems for efficient data management.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in a HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, tech-oriented environment. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Proficient in HRIS and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in the fintech or cryptocurrency sector. SHRM or HRCI certification.
