RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process incoming orders for new installation, including provisioning service, scheduling with the customer, and completing the billing for services rendered.
  • Complete change of service requests (open service orders and make changes to accounts).
  • Other Admin duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Complete all assigned Scheduling Calls, Surveys, Reminder Calls and Landlord Calls
  • Storefront in-person customer service coverage when needed. This will include taking payments, answering questions, scheduling appointments, and other tasks required to assist our walk-in customers.
  • Provide an excellent customer experience
EDUCATION:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
  • 1+ Year(s) of previous customer service experience, preferably over the phone.

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical clients
  • Working knowledge of data processing, hardware platforms, and enterprise software applications.
  • Knowledge of information technology and tools utilized to monitor and manage IT assets
  • Proficiency in using software applications, databases, and word processing is required
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills including creating charts/graphics
  • Process re-engineering and improvement
  • Strong organization and prioritizing skills
  • Proactive thinking and execution abilities
  • Results oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities
REQUIREMENTS:
  • This position is 100% in office
  • Mandatory training for 6-8 weeks is required, scheduled from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm local time, starting from the specified date.
  • Our customer service line operates seven days a week. While you will receive a designated schedule within our service line hours, we do ask for flexibility, which may include occasional overtime opportunities.
  • Ability to operate a computer
  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods
  • Ability to communicate information
  • Possess/Maintain a valid Driver's License
