Lead global design and delivery of scalable learning initiatives focused on building capabilities and accelerating development of people managers, individual contributors and early career talent. Partner with peers who lead functional/technical, compliance training to align and enhance overall Freshworks learning experience. Maximize learning related tools and technology, and plan for future learning related technology needs. Report out regularly on the efficacy and impact of initiatives. Operate in an agile manner to ensure program design evolves as our organization continues to grow. Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is forward-thinking, organized, and can take initiative. Master's degree in L&D-related field Certifications demonstrating ongoing development in the field Strong communication skills, Influencer and the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, inclusive of executives 15+ years exp in related roles - including experience in the technology industry and high growth/scaling organisations Ability and interest in working both strategically and tactically Demonstrate core CHAT cultural values.
